Company Brain: Ask your business anything. Get the answer in seconds.

Your best people carry years of know-how. Your systems hold the facts. A Company Brain joins them up, so anyone in your business, and every AI tool you use, gets the right answer, and can see where it came from.

Which jobs are running over budget, and why?

Three jobs are over budget. Two trace back to supplier changes noted in March site diaries. The third is extra labour on the Galway fit-out.

Sound familiar?

“When our estimator retires, thirty years of pricing goes with him.”

The managing director

“Ask three people the same question and you get three answers.”

The operations director

“Every new AI tool wants its own copy of our data.”

What it unlocks

Questions you couldn’t ask before. Answers that change how you run.

For a business that makes, moves or builds things, the know-how that wins work is spread across people and systems. Join it up, and this becomes everyday:

  • Quote faster, win more

“What did we charge for a job like this last year, and what did we make on it?”

Quotes built on your real history and margins, not memory, out the same day.

  • Keep what your experts know

“How does our head estimator decide when to add a risk margin?”

Thirty years of judgement, still at work after they retire.

  • New starters, useful sooner

“What do we do when a trade customer returns a damaged order?”

The answer your best people would give, from their first week.

  • See problems early

“Which suppliers have been late three times this quarter?”

Patterns across your systems, spotted before they cost you.

  • One answer for every customer

“What’s the lead time and spec on this product for this customer?”

Sales, service and finance say the same thing, every time.

  • AI that can act, not just answer

“Chase every overdue delivery and tell me which customers to call.”

AI agents you can trust with real work, because they know your rules, within limits you set.

What it is

Four parts. One brain behind every tool.

AI is only as good as what it knows about your business, and most AI tools know nothing about yours. A Company Brain is one connection between your systems and every AI tool you use, plus one home for your know-how and rules. Under the bonnet, it’s a universal context layer, and it learns as your business changes.

  1. Connections into your systems.

Accounts, customer records, project and job tools, even suppliers’ systems, through MCP servers (a standard way to plug AI into a system) and APIs. Your systems stay as they are.

  2. One home for your know-how.

Documents, rules, past work, customer history, and what your experts carry in their heads.

  3. Access by role.

People and tools see only what they should, using your own sign-in.

  4. A way to ask.

In plain English, inside the tools your people already use, or through your own apps and AI agents.

Works with what you already use

No new system to learn, nothing ripped out.

Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Workspace, your accounts, ERP, CRM and job tools. If it holds information your business relies on, we can usually connect it.

Yours, completely

Your brain, your data, your connections.

You own everything we build and everything in it. No licence to us, no lock-in, and a team of your own trained to run it.

Answers you can trust

  • It shows its sources.

Every answer links to the record, document or email it came from.

  • It says when it doesn’t know.

No guessing. A gap is flagged, so your owner can fill it.

  • It sees only what you may see.

Payroll stays with payroll. Each answer respects who is asking.

  • Your data stays where you choose.

Hosted in your environment or a cloud you pick, under your rules.

Proof of the method

At Ocuco, one connection layer links 37 systems to the AI tools the engineering team uses, so AI understands the ticket, the history and the reasoning, not just the code. It sits at the heart of a change worth €6.1m in new annual value in year one.

How it works

Your systems in. Right answers out.

The brain sits between the systems you already run and everything AI does for you. Connections feed it; your people, reports, apps and agents draw on it. Your systems stay exactly as they are. Pick a question to see how it flows.

  • Accounts and finance
  • Customer records
  • Project and job tools
  • Documents and email
  • Supplier and logistics systems

It gets smarter as you use it.

  1. Someone asks.

A question, in plain English, from anyone with access.

  2. They check it.

The answer shows its sources. If it’s wrong, they correct it.

  3. It learns.

The correction is kept, so the next person gets it right.

  4. The gaps get filled.

Your owner sees what it couldn’t answer, and adds what’s missing. Then round again.

New documents, new jobs and new customers flow in from your systems as they happen, so it never stands still.

Packages

One project. Yours to keep.

We build it with you and hand it over. It refreshes itself from your live systems, and your own owner keeps it growing.

Build your company brain

For businesses ready to bring their know-how into one place.

  1. Find what you know, and where it lives.

We map the systems, documents and expertise your business runs on, and agree the questions the brain must answer first.

  2. Connect it and bring it together.

We build the connections into your systems and gather your know-how in one place, with access set by role.

  3. Put it to work, then hand it over.

Your people, reports and tools draw on it from the start, and your team learns to keep it current.

Questions people ask

Before you book the call.

Isn’t this just a knowledge base or an intranet?

No. An intranet waits for people to search it. The brain is connected to your live systems, and your AI tools use it to answer and act.

Do we need to clean up our data first?

No. We start with the questions that matter most and tidy what those need, then grow from there.

Who can see what?

Access is set by role, using your own sign-in, so people and tools see only what they should.

Which AI tools can use it?

The ones you already use, and the ones you add later. It’s built so you can change AI tools without starting again.

What does it cost to run?

Your AI tool and hosting fees, which we estimate with you before you commit. You own what’s built, so there’s no licence to us.

How will our people feel about it?

We capture know-how with people, not about them. It answers questions; it doesn’t watch anyone’s work. Most find it means fewer interruptions, not more.

What about GDPR and personal data?

Personal data is handled under your existing GDPR rules, with access by role and a record of who asked what. Our Safe AI Use service sets those rules if you don’t have them yet.

Who keeps it up to date?

It refreshes itself from your live systems. Your named owner adds new sources and checks the answers. If you want us on hand, that’s part of your monthly arrangement with us.

Does it replace our systems?

No. Your systems stay as they are. The brain connects to them and brings what they know together.

Your business already knows the answers. Let’s put them in one place.

Bring the questions your people ask most, and the systems they live in. We’ll show you what a company brain would answer first.
