Describe the system. Everything else rests on this.
Start with a clear, factual account of what the system does. Every later step reads from it, and so do the AI helpers.
AI disclosure (Article 50, EU AI Act): "Draft it for me" and "Review my reasoning" use artificial intelligence, and anything they write is labelled as AI-generated. Treat it as a starting point to check and edit. It is not legal advice or a definitive classification. The tool as a whole is a structured aid to reasoning: have qualified counsel review the classification, and check it against the current text of the Act, which is still being amended.
