Thirty minutes. A sensible first step.

Marie leads how we keep clients' use of AI safe and within the rules, from AI literacy training to working out where the EU AI Act applies. She lectures in AI governance and responsible AI at Trinity College Dublin.

Ben leads our strategy work with boards and leadership teams, deciding where AI will pay first and building the plan to get there. He is Chief AI Officer at Ocuco, has been a CEO twice, and judges AI as an operator would: what ships, what it costs to run and whether the business performs better.

Niki finds work people do by hand, automates it and gets it adopted. He leads our AI software development (SDLC) workshops and spent nearly fifteen years at Google across Ireland, Germany and the US.

Edel leads how we redesign work around AI and help people adopt it. She created PRIME, our method for redesigning a piece of work with AI, and brings over 25 years across healthcare, technology marketing and governance, with a Diploma in Corporate Governance.

JV leads how we measure and prove the return on AI, setting the measures with each client before anything is built. A serial entrepreneur since 2008, he rebuilt his own digital commerce business around AI.
